  Went into PacSun today to get some shopping done. Once I got to the register I was told that the items that I picked up were not eligible for the discount that they were marked down and advertised as. After pointing out the sale sign placed over the area where the items were located the person who claimed to be the manager at the time named "Lee" then said that he put said items on the sale rack due to the fact that there were only a few items of that sort left and he didn't know where to place them. Lee then said "sorry for false advertisement" and refused to honor the prices as marked. After saying that it's bad customer service Lee actually had the audacity to say "Maybe if you were nicer I would have honored the price as marked." How unprofessional... when an item is advertised as a certain price that is the price that it should be sold as. No one should be at the discretion of a sales associate in regard to what prices they should pay for an item. Never going back.
